Discover
This phase is often overlooked and is vital to any project to ensure that the end product is successful. The purpose of this phase is to define intelligent project goals by analyzing current and past initiatives, conducting market research and acknowledging competitive strategies. Plan
A good road map will always help lead to your destination. Projects both small and large require a well built strategy. This step includes creating preliminary concepts and testing them to determine the best method to meet the defined goals. Another essential part of this phase includes establishing priorities, scheduling, and task assignments. We make sure to not only develop a strategy but make sure that it is implemented throughout the lifecycle of every project.

Execute
After the project goals have been defined and a strategy developed, it is time to "implement and execute". This production process is a collaborative effort between project managers, creatives, copy writers and developers. A cooperative team effort is extremely important to achieve quality results; collaboration allows a project to evolve and advance quickly and effectively.

Measure
There are many methods for measuring the effectiveness of the different components of a marketing campaign. The method used is usually dictated by the nature of the project and its objectives. Refine
